Acceptance of Terms

By using SaleFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

App Purpose

SaleFlow is provided as a point-of-sale, barcode sales, bookkeeping, invoice generation, membership, employee, reporting, and business management tool for iPad.

Business Use Only

SaleFlow is designed as a business management tool. It is not intended to provide accounting, taxation, legal, financial, regulatory, or professional business advice.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of product information, barcode settings, prices, tax settings, GST or sales tax treatment, discounts, invoices, receipts, customer records, employee records, membership records, refund notes, reports, and any other data entered into or generated through the app.

Barcode Sales

Barcode scanning and barcode generation features are provided for convenience. You are responsible for verifying barcode accuracy, product matching, price settings, stock information, and transaction details before completing any sale.

Invoices and Receipts

Invoices, receipts, quotations, summaries, and reports generated by SaleFlow are convenience tools only. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents and ensuring compliance with local tax, invoicing, consumer, and accounting requirements.

Tax and Accounting Disclaimer

SaleFlow provides calculation and reporting tools only and does not guarantee tax compliance, accounting accuracy, GST calculation, BAS reporting, sales tax treatment, record-keeping compliance, or regulatory compliance. You should consult a qualified accountant, tax adviser, or legal professional when necessary.

Subscriptions

SaleFlow may offer optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Free and Pro Features

The free version may include limits such as a maximum number of products and restricted access to advanced features. Pro features may include unlimited products, tax reports, Apple Wallet membership cards, employee Wallet cards, birthday reminders, advanced analytics, invoice exports, barcode features, and iCloud backup.

Apple Subscription Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Apple Wallet and Email Features

Wallet cards and email features are provided for convenience. You are responsible for verifying recipient details and ensuring that membership, employee, business, invoice, and report information is correct before sending, exporting, or generating cards.

Data Backup and Synchronization

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your business data. iCloud backup and synchronization, if enabled, depend on Apple iCloud availability, your Apple ID settings, network conditions, device status, and available iCloud storage. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or recovery of deleted records.

Third-Party Services

SaleFlow may depend on third-party services such as Apple iCloud, App Store subscriptions, RevenueCat, Apple Wallet, email services, and system sharing tools. The developer is not responsible for interruptions, errors, data loss, policy changes, billing issues, or account issues caused by third-party services.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use SaleFlow for fraudulent activities, illegal transactions, unauthorized access, data manipulation, harassment, infringement, reverse engineering, bypassing subscription controls, distributing malware, or any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

SaleFlow, including its software, interface design, workflow, branding, templates, databases, documentation, and related content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from SaleFlow except as permitted by law.

No Warranty

SaleFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, data-loss-free, fully secure, or suitable for every business requirement, tax system, accounting workflow, device environment, or legal requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss of business, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, tax filing errors, accounting errors, GST or BAS errors, incorrect invoices, incorrect receipts, incorrect barcode matching, stock errors, customer disputes, employee record errors, iCloud sync failures, email delivery failures, Wallet card generation failures, third-party service failures, indirect damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your business operations, your data, your misuse of SaleFlow, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or disputes with customers, employees, suppliers, tax authorities, or other third parties.

Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to SaleFlow features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass subscription controls, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SaleFlow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
