Overview

SaleFlow is an iPad point-of-sale and business management app for product management, barcode sales, checkout, invoices, receipts, membership management, employee management, reports, and optional iCloud backup or synchronization. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use SaleFlow.

Information You Enter

SaleFlow may store information that you enter into the app, including product names, prices, barcode numbers, inventory details, invoices, receipts, sales records, customer and membership records, employee records, membership points, birthday information, business details, tax settings, discounts, payment notes, and report data.

Barcode and Transaction Information

SaleFlow may store barcode information, product identifiers, sales records, invoice numbers, receipt numbers, transaction history, refund notes, discounts, and related checkout information entered or generated by users.

Invoice and Receipt Generation

Invoices, receipts, quotations, summaries, and reports generated by SaleFlow are based on information entered by users. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, tax treatment, and legal suitability of generated documents before using or sending them.

Local Storage

SaleFlow is designed to work as a local app. Data is stored on your device unless you enable iCloud backup or synchronization or use sharing features that send data outside the device.

iCloud Backup and Synchronization”

If you enable iCloud backup or synchronization, your SaleFlow data may be stored in your own Apple iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud services. Your iCloud storage, synchronization, availability, recovery, and account security are managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings.

Apple Wallet Cards

SaleFlow Pro may allow you to generate Apple Wallet membership cards or employee cards. Wallet cards may include names, member or employee IDs, membership level, points, QR codes, business information, and related card data. Wallet card generation may require communication with a secure pass generation service if enabled.

Emails and Sharing

SaleFlow may allow you to send invoices, receipts, membership cards, employee cards, reports, exports, or related files by email or system sharing tools. You are responsible for confirming recipient information and the content of files before sending or sharing.

Payments and Subscriptions

SaleFlow subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited subscription status information needed to unlock purchased features.

Third-Party Services

SaleFlow may rely on third-party services including Apple iCloud, Apple Sign In, App Store subscriptions, RevenueCat, Apple Wallet, email services, and system sharing tools. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and account settings.

Analytics and Diagnostics

SaleFlow may use limited diagnostic or crash information provided by Apple or system services to improve app stability and performance. SaleFlow does not sell your business, customer, product, invoice, transaction, membership, or employee data.

Data Control

You are responsible for the data entered into SaleFlow. You may delete or edit records inside the app. If iCloud is enabled, deleted data may also be affected by your iCloud settings, Apple account configuration, backups, device state, and synchronization history.

Data Retention

Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or remove the app data. Data stored in iCloud may remain in iCloud backups, synchronization history, or other Apple-managed storage for a period of time depending on Apple services and your account settings.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect SaleFlow data within the app. However, no device, cloud service, internet transmission, email delivery, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple ID, passwords, staff access, and exported files.

Children’s Privacy

SaleFlow is intended for business management use and is not directed to children. Users should not enter children’s personal information unless they have a lawful business purpose and appropriate consent where required.

International Data Handling

If you use Apple iCloud, App Store services, RevenueCat, email services, or other third-party services, data may be processed or stored in countries or regions outside your location according to those providers’ policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of SaleFlow after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
